Why replace the three-way catalytic converter?
1. Excessive temperature
At room temperature, the three-way catalytic converter does not have the catalytic ability, the catalyst must be heated to a certain temperature to have the ability of oxidation or reduction, usually, the catalytic converter ignition temperature is 250-350 ° C, the normal working temperature is generally 400-800 ° C. When the catalytic converter works, the higher the amount of self, the higher the oxidation temperature, when the temperature exceeds 1000 ° C, the catalyst of its inner coating will be sintered and necrotic, and it is also easy to occur vehicle spontaneous combustion accidents. 2. Chronic poisoning

4. Exhaust deterioration
The catalytic converter has a certain limit on the conversion capacity of pollutants, so the original exhaust must be minimized by in-machine purification technology. If the concentration and total amount of the components of the discharged waste gas pollutants are too large, such as the mixture is too strong, it will affect the catalytic conversion ability of the catalytic converter and reduce its conversion efficiency.
